	NOTES
	Annual Affiliation and monthly class fees are payable in advance by the 1st of each month (December included) and may be paid by debit order, EFT, bank deposit or cash. Use the Account number (specified on the invoice) as reference.
	The annual affiliation fee may be paid over the first three months.
	January is free for all NEW members.
	Fees that are not up to date by the 4th of every month will be charged an additional R50 administration fee.
	Bank details are listed on the invoice and available on the website's contact page. Cash payment: Place it in an envelope, write the reference and the amount on the envelope before you hand it to the Instructor.
